1.What got you into blogging?

Two years ago started it for my business which is no more now but ended up in writing poetries and I enjoy it.

2.If you were a stranger who had just met you, what would you like about yourself the most?

My nature , my viewpoint to see the things.

70’s , 80’s Bollywood singers ❤️ Old songs are still gold 💫

4.If you could, what would you change in the world?

This world is a beautiful place for all the living creatures but still human is slowly-slowly destroying everything for their selfishness and greed. We’re searching life on other planets while exhausting our own.

5.Who is the person closest to you, and why?

I’m very closest to me . Because I know my ups-down , my weakness and my strength.

6.One movie that changed your life.

7.What is one thing you would do differently from your parents/ guardians when you have children?

Being parents/guardians is not easy . So can’t compare myself with my parents.

अधूरे सपनों का चिट्ठा

मेरे पास आज भी है,
तुम्हारे सारे भूले हुए अधूरे सपनों का चिट्ठा,
जिसको तुमने मुझे कभी बड़े ही चाव से सुनाए थे,
सहेज के रखा है मैंने आज भी उनको ,
तुम्हारी किसी जायजाद की तरह,
फिर भी कभी-कभी जा के झाँक लेती हूँ अतीत में,
जरूरी है ना उनकी देखभाल भी करना,
मौका मिले तो आ के देख जाना,
क्योंकि सींचना पड़ता है कुछ सपनों को यादों से,
वरना डर रहता है अधूरे सपनों के टूट जाने का ।।

दिल बेचारा

जब घिरा हुआ हो ज़िन्दगी की कश्मकश में,
सवाल किससे करे और जवाब किसको दे,
ये दिल बेचारा ,

अपने आसुंओं को अपनी मुस्कान से छिपा के,
दर्द सीने में दबा के, तब दूसरों को हँसना सीखाता है,
ये दिल बेचारा,

ख़ैरियत पूछने वाला ना हो जब पास में कोई,
उम्मीद भी ना रहे, ना रहे कोई सहारा, तो फिर क्या करे,
ये दिल बेचारा ,

कुछ है जो दर्द देता है हर पल, कुछ है जो चुभता है हर पल,
समझाना किसी को आसान नहीं, ऐसे में ख़ामोश रहना सीख गया,
ये दिल बेचारा ।।

कुछ लोग

इस रंग बिरंगी दुनिया में,
कदम-कदम पर मिलते हैं,
रंग बदलते लोग,
गलती चाहे उन्हीं की ही हो,
फ़िर भी दूसरे को ही ,
गुनाहगार बताते हैं लोग ,
बुरे वक़्त से भले ही परेशान हों खुद,
लेकिन फ़िर भी दूसरों को डसने से ,
बाज़ नहीं आते हैं ये लोग,
ऐसा नहीं है कि सारी दुनिया ही बुरी है,
लेकिन यहाँ बुरे हैं कुछ लोग ।।

हीर-रांझा

आओ सुनाऊं तुम्हें इक कहानी,
रांझे की मोहोब्बत में हीर थी दीवानी,
लेकिन नये ज़माने का रांझा था वो,
सिर्फ हवस का प्यासा था वो,
हीर इससे अंजान थी,
जो वादे किए थे वो सारे झूठे,
रांझे की तो ना जाने,
कितनी ही हीर थीं,
एक हीर पे ही नहीं उसकी,
सभी पे एक सी नज़रें थीं,
इक दिन रांझे का हक़ीक़त सबके सामने आई,
पता चला जब हीर को उसकी असलियत,
बेचारी अंदर से टूट ही गयी,
कोई इतना झूठा कैसे हो सकता है,
वो जानती थी ये दुनिया मतलबी है ,
वो क्यूँ किसी के झांसे में आ बैठी ,
सारी मोहोब्बत नफरत में तबदील हो गयी ,
दुनिया से ही नहीं वो अपने आप से भी जुदा हो गयी,
नफरत किसी इक से करनी थी मगर,
शिकायतें सारे जहाँ से हो गयी ।।

Broken heart and its healing

Pain is inevitable. As we all know that it’s really very tough to deal with broken heart. It’s really very difficult to quiet those thoughts which are running in your brain. But heartbreak doesn’t causes only mental health it’s also affect your physical health too. You could lose your hunger and desires. Your heart may ache and your eyes may swell. It’s almost like your ribs will burst. You may experience shortness of breath and anxiety in crowd, constant fatigue, inability to concentrate and thoughts of suicide.

The depths of being heartbroken lowers your immune system, increases blood pressure and heart rate, and causes significant muscle weakness.

Here are few affects on your body when you’re dealing with broken heart :

Insomnia : Stress of broken heart can make feel you asleep at the end of the day because when you’re suffering from broken heart you can’t tranquil yourself from thunderstorm of thoughts which are seeping in your mind.

Unhealthy eating habits : In stress either you eat so much or you don’t eat at all. Either you gain lot of weights or you loose which is hazardous for your health.

●Anxiety : Broken people always feel heavy from inside which gives pain in their ribs and something chokes from inside.

Stress : Stress from heartbreak grief can flood the body with hormones, specifically cortisol, which causes that heavy-achy-feeling you get in your chest area.Mending a broken heart is never easy. Pain shows you how to be strong when everything around you laminates.

When you have no one to help you in this case you must have to understand the fact that only you can heal yourself. You have to be your own strength. You have to understand the fact that you can’t control everything in life.

To heal your broken heart :

🔶 Don’t escape from people : If you’re broken then don’t detach yourself from world . Don’t escape. Don’t live in loneliness. Talk with someone who you know and you trust. As in a physical injury we need support of others. This condition is same applicable for our heart too. Our heart also need support. We can’t handle it alone so when you’re broken talk with someone who’s good for your mental health with whom you can share your secrets, who understand you very well.

🔶Give yourself time to heal : You must have to understand that there’s no magic which can help you to get out of broken state. Healing is a slow process. It takes time. To fix your broken pieces if you want to cry then cry . Don’t stop your tears. Allow yourself to grieve. Time will create longer and longer intervals between the moments you think about those things which makes you sad.

🔶 Self love : Self love is the complete acceptance of who, and what you are it is the appreciation and affirmation of yourself because no one knows you better than you because only you know what makes you happy or what hurts you most.

Self love doesn’t make you selfish but it’s unconditional support which brings good health, great self-esteem, happiness, total balance, and well-being. Discard the demeaning thoughts. Cogitate it. Think twice, that what is beneficial for you.

🔶 Distraction from negativity : It’s not possible to ignore negativity from our mind completely but you can distract yourself by filling your life with all those things which you love. I Know that it’ll not heal you but things which makes you happy can feel you distract from those things which makes you sad. Travel your happy places, watch your favorite movies and series, if you love shopping go for it. Painting, sketching, music etc. Ignore negative thoughts. It’ll definitely distract you from negativity.

🔶 Spirituality : Spirituality, faith, and religion can have tremendous impact on our physical and mental well-being. Spiritual healing creates deep relaxation and aids the body to release stress and tension. It helps spiritual growth and emotional clearing.

🔶 Move on : Take lessons from your past experiences and move on. The world doesn’t stop for your grief. Broken things are just a part of your history it’s not your destiny.

You have to be with those things which are for your best not for your stress . Allow your broken heart to fix those broken pieces and allow your soul to begin again. Let your scars to heal. Sometimes in a life you have to stand on the ashes of who you used to be. This world has still so much left for you.
